If this hasn’t been made clear already, Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor are no longer romantically involved. The only things tying themselves together still are their son Cruz and their roles in The Valley. The former couple are free to date other people and start new lives … well they’re supposed to.
Ever since they split in 2024, Brittany has maintained that Jax still tries to butt into her personal life. She’s said that he has been obsessing over her every move, and has even attempted to silence her from sharing her story with the media.
Since exposing his ways, has he slowed down his controlling actions? According to her, no, not at all.
Jax Taylor wanted to know if Brittany Cartwright was dating a guy from the Brawny ad
Brittany was a recent guest on fellow VPR alum Lala Kent’s Give Them Lala podcast. It was during the segment that she weighed in what it’s like coparenting with her ex. And, it didn’t take long until she called Jax out for his continued controlling behavior.
“I did that Brawny ad and he was asking me if I was dating one of the Brawny guys. It’s just a lot of ups and downs,” she shared in the May 26 episode.
For reference, Brittany recently did an ad for the paper towel brand, and she allowed four good-looking male actors into her home to get the job done.
The reality TV star vented that this is just one of many instances of him trying to call the shots.
“He’s got to let go of a lot of the control that he thinks that he has over me. But whenever it comes to Cruz, that is both of our main goals. I just hope that one day it gets a little bit better.”
