Just when we thought we’d seen it all on Love Is Blind, here comes Vanessa Lachey with a tease that makes us want to tune into Season 9. According to her, the upcoming season is going to take things in a new direction. She said there’s a storyline that is history-making for the franchise. Are we finally getting a throuple?
Love Is Blind Season 9 will see a franchise first, says host Vanessa Lachey
In an interview with E! News, Vanessa teased the upcoming season of the popular Netflix dating show. This time around, the “experiment” took place in Denver, Colorado. Apparently, things were particularly interesting in the Mile-High City.
“I can probably say this,” Vanessa began. “Something happens in Denver that has never happened on any of the Love Is Blinds.”
Over the years, we’ve seen a guy get exposed for having secret babies. In Season 8, there was a breakup over an Instagram interaction that may or may not have happened before going into the pods. So, what happened in Season 9 that was so different? Of course, Vanessa couldn’t spill all of the tea this early.
“The beauty of Love Is Blind, being in different cities each season is that you get the character of that season, that city, and what comes along with it,” Vanessa teased.
She continued, “Some cities, faith is more important. Some cities, work is more important. Some cities, drinking is more importan, it varies. So you can imagine what Denver’s gonna be, I’m gonna let you guys write that script.”
There’s no word on when Love Is Blind Season 9 will air, but typically, Netflix drops two seasons each year. There’s usually one in the fall and another around Valentine’s Day. So, keep your eyes peeled for more updates later this year.
