There was a lot of intrigue and suspense at the end of The Valley’s latest episode. Jax Taylor popped up in the episode, seemingly listening in on the conversation his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, had with his sister.
The two ladies were discussing Jax’s progress, or lack thereof, at the mental health facility. And the topic of Brittany’s wedding ring came up. The Vanderpump Rules alum admitted that she did not know where the piece of jewelry was. And in uncanny timing, Jax weighed in on the conversation calling it “immature.”

Now, both parties are exclusively weighing in on ring gate during a recent episode of The Valley After Show. And the question of the future of the 3.14-carat cushion cut white diamond is just another topic that Jax and Brittany will disagree on.
Jax proposed to his Kentucky native sweetheart on Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules. Brittany couldn’t stop gushing over the sparkler at the time. But on The Valley Season 2, Episode 8, she admitted that she does not have it in her possession. Along with her wedding bands.
“My wedding ring and my wedding bands are missing,” Brittany said. “They’re not in the safe. They’re nowhere in the house. Nothing. Don’t know where they are.”
On the After Show, the Vanderpump Rules veteran cast member revealed, “I have it. It’s in my safe.” For her part, Brittany said, “I’ve not seen it. I don’t know where it is. He says it’s in a safe. I don’t know though.”
Jax further explained that the parents decided to put the symbol of their former marriage in “a trust” for their four-year-old son Cruz. He also revealed advice that he got from Kyle Chan, jewelry designer to the stars…

“I said to Kyle, ‘How do I go about this?’ because Kyle’s the one that sold me the ring, designed the ring. And I kind of wanted to go back to him somehow and [have] him figure all this out,” Jax explained. “And he said, ‘Well, Jax, the diamond market’s not like it used to be. So, I suggest holding onto it right now for as long as you can.’”
However, Brittany is not in agreement about keeping the ring. Nor does she want Jax to have it. She stated, “I told [Jax] that I wanted to keep it so that I could either put the money in an account for Cruz or if Cruz wants to get married one day, he could use the ring. Like, that’s what I wanted it for. It’s not like I was going to like wear it, or sell it, or anything.”
When asked if she thinks Jax may have “sold it,” Brittany answered that the chances are “very high.”
She opined, “Very high chances that he’s sold it.”
Jax claimed that he has not sold the ring.
