The Booko-Sanchez family is now a party of six. The Valley couple welcomed their fourth child earlier this week, and they couldn’t be more thrilled to bring their new daughter home. Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko officially are the parents of four-under-four.
During The Valley Season 2, the couple discussed whether or not to expand their family. They are already parents to three-year-old son, Asher, and 23-month-twins, Isabelle and Zariah. But Nia felt very strongly about adding to their brood. And on Thursday, June 5, the proud parents introduced Adelaide to the world.
Nia Sanchez has given birth to her and Danny Booko’s fourth baby
Nia and Danny shared their story exclusively with Us Weekly, along with a series of pictures of the radiant family. The Miss USA 2014 winner briefly described her birth experience. Danny played a particularly special role. And the couple shared the meaning behind the name they chose.
“The first moments with baby No. 4 felt so sweet and intimate,” Nia gushed. “In our previous birth experiences, we’ve had a lot more people in the room. And we’ve always had a doula. This time, it was just us with our doctor and two nurses. This birth was extra special because Danny was able to deliver the baby.”
Adelaide means noble and kind. But the moniker also pays homage to Nia’s Mexican heritage. Her great-grandmother was named Adelaida.
“Her middle name is Nicole, which is Nia’s mom’s name,” the couple explained. “We wanted to honor her because she has been such a pivotal part of helping us raise our children.”
The older children have already acclimated their new little sister. According to their proud momma, the siblings, “always want to hold her and sing songs to her.” Nia added, “They are already great older siblings!”
The Valley star described birthing her fourth child as coming “full circle.” She said, “We had always talked about either wanting two children or four. When we skipped the line to three kids, we began discussing No. 4 shortly after. We both come from families of four, so having four little ones of our own feels very full circle.”
And the parents have a larger home to bring Adelaide into. Danny and Nia managed a move to Santa Clarita in the weeks before their baby’s arrival.
“We moved in about two and a half weeks before baby No. 4 arrived,” Nia shared. “We still have boxes everywhere and are not quite settled. But it feels great to have so much more space and a beautiful backyard for our children to play in.”
She concluded, “I am really looking forward to watching all of my children grow up and be so close. We love creating special memories with our children and are excited to now do that as a family of six.”
Meanwhile, The Valley star Kristen Doute is due with her first child on June 17, 2025.
