The Real Housewives of Miami cast have been a pretty solid group since the revival. But Season 7 brings some cast shakeups. One Real Housewife of Miami left the show after Season 6. This year, a new Housewife joined the Mojito-wielding ladies in her place. As it turns out, these two ladies already have quite the fascinating history.
Who is the new Real Housewives of Miami cast member, and what can we expect from her in her debut season? How will she mesh with the returning Real Housewives in the cast? We have the details below.
Stephanie Shojaee
Stephanie Shojaee joins the cast of Real Housewives of Miami Season 7. According to her cast bio, Stephanie is “president of Shoma Group, an award-winning real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial projects.” She’s also married to the Shoma Group founder, Masoud Shojaee. Masoud and Stephanie are a true Miami power couple.
She may be new, but Stephanie doesn’t hold back and isn’t afraid to get into it with her new co-stars. In the trailer, she goes toe to toe with Alexia Nepola, who asks Stephanie, “who do you think you are?” Stephanie also joins the RHOM cast as the ex of Nicole Martin’s fiancé. The two don’t seem to have a rivalry. But Stephanie does joke that her private plane is a little bit bigger.
RHOM Season 7 cast: Who’s Returning?
The majority of the RHOM Season 7 cast is made up of returning Housewives and “friends of.” However, it’d be silly to expect the same old, same old from these ladies. Instead, Season 7 will show some major changes in group dynamics, as well as plenty of juicy new drama. The new batch of RHOM episodes will feature some dramatic feuds and falling outs between former friends.
The returning Real Housewives of Miami storylines this season include divorces and reconciliations, new romances, health scares, and much more. Per Bravo, on RHOM Season 7, “loyalty is a luxury as friendships test their furthest limits. Relationship shake-ups spill into the drama by shifting alliances, setting the stage for new and redefined bonds. As families grow and opulence reaches new heights, the sunshine stays strong in the 305.”
Larsa Pippen
RHOM Season 7 finds Larsa Pippen in the aftermath of her very public and dramatic split from Marcus Jordan. She reveals he was sending threatening texts towards the end. The split affects her relationship with Lisa Hochstein. In a Season 7 preview, Larsa confronts Lisa about staying in contact with Marcus. We’ll have to see if Larsa’s new boyfriend Jeff Coby appears on RHOM this season.
But Larsa’s storylines don’t just focus on her headline-making love life. Larsa and Lisa appear to be at odds about a number of things this year. According to Bravo, Larsa is focused on “her children’s careers and settling into her dream home.”
Lisa Hochstein
This season, Lisa Hochstein continues to navigate her very dramatic divorce from Lenny. On a brighter note, she also walks in Milan Fashion Week, boasting that she’s “still got it.”
Lisa also moves forward in her relationship with Jody Glidden. The two prepare to move in together in a luxury high rise. However, the other ladies begin to question Jody. Especially Larsa, who questions why he’s on Lisa’s business calls. Larsa blasts him as a “social climber.” From Lisa’s point of view, Jody made people stop taking advantage of her, and now they’re “mad about it.”
Guerdy Abraira
Guerdy Abraira is cancer free! The RHOM fashion icon is on a healing journey, but that still includes some struggles and bumps in the road. The trailer shows Guerdy at a consultation with a doctor, who mentions another procedure. As Guerdy reacts to the news, her husband Russell Abraira wonders how much longer they have to keep doing this.
Amidst the healing process, Guerdy has a major falling out with one of her friends and co-stars, Julia Lemigova. And she’s not the only one. While some things change, we suspect Guerdy and Russell will remain couple goals this year, as always.
Julia Lemigova
Julia Lemigova and her wife Martina expanded their family by welcoming two boys. As Julia navigates her changing family, she also finds herself at odds with multiple co-stars.
In the Season 7 trailer, Julia says Guerdy isn’t a “safe space” for her anymore. Guerdy calls her “a snake, a nasty snake.” In return, Julia calls Guerdy a liar. These days, both Guerdy and Adriana de Moura say they’re not on speaking terms with Julia. We’re sure to see more of the fallout over Season 7’s episodes.
Alexia Nepola
This season, Alexia Nepola is blindsided when Todd Nepola files for divorce after two years of marriage. We see her break down over it and get a group hug from the ladies. However, Alexia and Todd have far from a clean break. And it looks like her friends aren’t onboard with her confusing relationship.
“The Alexia with Todd is not a good Alexia,” Marysol Patton says. Marysol also encourages “new D” as the only thing that will help Alexia get over Todd.
Marysol Patton
This season, Marysol Patton finally makes it official! The RHOM “friend of” will, at long last, wed her Boo Bear Steve MacNamara. She also shocks the ladies by showing up to her party with an eye patch (with a bling dollar sign on it).
While she takes a major step in her own love life, Marysol also tries to be the best support system for Alexia. Considering that Alexia seems to be back together with Todd, while Marysol is against that, I’m sure the besties will clash over that in Season 7.
Adriana de Moura
According to her Bravo bio, Adriana de Moura is focused on trying to be the “best tia ever” this year. But her fallout with Julia throws a wrench into things. The two were spotted fighting while filming Real Housewives of Miami Season 7. Julia called their fallout “disturbing and sad.” And Guerdy says she’s at the center of it. We’ll have to wait and see how the end of their friendship goes down.
Kiki Barth
Real Housewives of Miami standout Kiki Barth returns as a “friend of,” despite many fans clamoring for her to get a mojito after last season. Maybe in Season 8? While Kiki is still a “friend of,” she also continues to be one of the funniest RHOM cast members. But she’s far more than the comedic relief. This year, Kiki will also navigate mending ties in her relationship with her father.
RHOM Season 7 cast: Who Left?
In addition to Stephanie joining the cast as a new Real Housewife of Miami, Season 7 returns without one major player. After Season 6, Dr. Nicole Martin announced she would step away from the show. This came after she and Anthony Lopez welcomed their second child. Considering her many memorable moments and her role as the cast’s voice of reason, many Real Housewives of Miami viewers were devastated by the news.
Fortunately for Dr. Nicole fans, that doesn’t mean she’s gone from the show for good. Especially considering she has a very interesting connection to the newest Real Housewife of Miami.
Dr. Nicole Martin
Fan favorite Dr. Nicole Martin chose to leave the Real Housewives of Miami after Season 6. However, we know that she does still make appearances on Season 7. Despite their history, Nicole says she’s excited to meet Stephanie. “There have to be some similarities if the same man liked us both,” she tells Guerdy in the trailer. At the very least, they’re both petite and have their own private planes. We’ll have to see if RHOM Season 7 includes any one-on-one interactions between the former and new RHOM cast members.
