Welcome to the recap for The Valley Season 2 Episode 10. Last episode, Danny once again came face to face with his nemesis, Janet. The entire group also learned that Jax had failed to pay his mortgage for months. Leaving Brittany in quite the predicament. This week, Jax learns about the rehaul of his beloved bar, and he is not happy. Jason and Danny find themselves at odds, and Jax is in for a hell of a special delivery. So here’s exactly what happened in The Valley Season 2, Episode 10: “The Valley Season 2 Episode 10 Recap: You’ve Been Served.”
Jax is a free man

This week’s episode starts off with Jesse picking up Jax from rehab. It’s hard to know what to believe when it comes to Jax, mainly because he is a manipulative character. However, he has completed 30 days, and that’s something to be proud of. Jax shared with viewers that he was being reckless with himself and that going into rehab was an “eye-opening experience.”
But the new and improved Jax is quickly overshadowed by the OG angry version as he raged against Britt’s part from the night before. The man is livid, and he blames Brittany for not visiting him. But hey, if I were B, I wouldn’t have visited him either! I’ll give Jax one thing: he knows how to play the victim still. After seeing that Brittany had moved his stuff to the garage, he melodramatically noted, “Do you see any boxes? No, trash bags for the trash.” Jax isn’t helping gain back his standing with fans as he admitted he stopped paying “all the bills” when he found the photos B sent to Julian. That’s some petty sh*t, Jax. When Jesse is the voice of reason telling you not to overreact you know you screwed up.
Michelle is over the drama

Michelle hasn’t had a leading lady moment yet this season. But this week we learn more about her mother’s health. The mother of one shared last week that her mother has been fighting cancer, and the doctors recently told her that her body is deteriorating. In hopes of having Isabella spend some extra time with her grandmother, Michelle sent an email update to Jesse. But according to the realtor, Jesse refused to give up his time with their daughter. According to Michelle, this was “by far the lowest thing he’s done.” She added, “That makes me sick to my stomach. How careless he is.”
The boys are back in town

Not long after his release, Jax and the boys are back together and celebrating over dinner. I understand they are friends, but it feels icky to see these men support Jax after all he’s done. The dinner starts off strong with Jax asking to be held accountable if the guys see him wavering. But it all feels like a big act. And I can’t help but wonder if Jax rehearsed this monologue in front of the mirror a couple of times. It turns ugly before the appetizers even arrive.
Jax turns to Danny and asks, “You thought hijacking my bar was a good idea?” Poor Danny. He quickly states that it wasn’t his idea. “I just think defacing the bar was a little weird and a slap in the face to somebody who is in rehab.” It’s clear Jax has a bone to pick. Each week, Danny grows on me. He won me over in this moment when he notes in his confessional, “Dude, why are you being so angry when you just came out of a facility after thirty days that was having you deal with your anger? Not sure it worked.”
Danny can’t catch a break

Even though Jason claimed he wasn’t going to confront Danny at the dinner, the lawyer just couldn’t help himself. The voice-over actor sent Jason an apology for talking smack about Janet, but Jason wants a fight. And that’s exactly what he got. Janet-Jason (these two are cut from the same cloth) claims Danny blacked out during Britt’s bar takeover, which doesn’t seem fair. Jason just isn’t happy when others call out his wife’s bad behavior. “Being around a person who is going to get blasted, lie about their alcohol consumption, and gaslight is just a dangerous person to be around. And you want to act like you’re better than Jax. But I drove Jax to a mental health facility, and I should be driving you to a mental health facility, it seems like,” claims Jason.
The entire conversation feels like an ambush. Janet has clearly been tweeting into Jax’s ear as the former bartender tells Danny, “You do have a problem. You’ve been kicked out of my bar.” Naturally, Danny is shaken but continues to deny the allegations. If anyone needed a stiff drink at this point, it’s Dan the Man. He tells cameras, “My problem isn’t drinking or having too much to drink. It’s people I consider friends who are attacking me for things that didn’t even happen. I’m starting to see who my real friends are at this table. And unfortunately, it’s not Jason, and it’s for sure not Jax. Or Jason. Aren’t they both named Jason?” That’s my boy. Keep that wit, Danny. Mind you, we learn that Jax hasn’t even visited Cruz yet. But he’s had time for Botox, the dinner, and a haircut.
Nia finds her voice
![The Valley's Nia [Sanchez] and Danny Booko](https://www.realitytea.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2025/05/Nina-Booko-e1747074071938.jpg?w=1024)
During Zack’s “Departed Not Deported” party for his boyfriend, Benji, a little sit-down between Nia and Janet occurs. I had high hopes for the chat because Nia is so level-headed. But it all went to hell in a handbasket. Nia is going to the source. By now, everyone knows Janet is an overflowing tap when it comes to throwing out unreliable information. Janet claims she wants to be real with the beauty queen, noting, “I did speak negatively behind Daniel’s back because I thought his actions were horrible.” Bless Nia, who reacts like she’s never heard a more grotesque sentence in her adult life.
Janet doesn’t quit adding, “Look, if your husband is going to a public bar and getting blacked out and acting a fool, and making women uncomfortable, it’s gonna get talked about. It’s still concerning that your husband blacked out a couple of days ago, yelling at me.” Nia takes the pause for a breath as her chance to defend Danny, claiming, “He did not black out. He had two seltzers. He was mad at you.” Janet barks back, “He called me a snake. If he wants to own that as sober behavior, maybe he’s not a drunk *sshole, he’s just an *sshole.” YIIKKKEESS. Janet really came to play. Nia explains that she feels Janet is intentionally trying to paint Danny in a bad light.
The welcome back party from hell

However, Janet claims she is bringing the truth, and how are you meant to argue with that logic? All decorum goes out the window as Nia notes, “You need to watch what you’re saying and how you’re saying them to me.” Nia now knows who she is dealing with, sharing, “Janet has never apologized for anything she’s said. She only doubles down on all the things she’s said, which at this point are full-on lies or complete shifting of narratives.”
As if things couldn’t get worse, Jax decides to crash the party. This is awkward and I can only imagine Brittany’s stomach was falling out her butt. This is so standard Jax because all he knows there is a party and he needs to be in attendance. I wish Brittany didn’t wear a dress that made her look like an extraterrestrial. Please, girl, fire that stylist. But Brittany is free for now as Jax has officially moved out of the house. The icing on the cake is Jax being served divorce papers. Bravo cameras are prepped and ready. The man had no idea – he thought it was paperwork for their podcast! I gagged.
The Valley airs Tuesday nights at 8pm/EST on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
