Now that Lindsay Hubbard has achieved her dream of becoming a mom, will she still be “sending it” in the Summer House? And if she returns, what about little Gemma, Lindsay’s now six-month-old daughter with her ex, Turner Kufe?
On June 17, Lindsay ended the speculation when she announced on Instagram that she’s returning for Season 10. “BFFR of course I’m coming back this summer,” she captioned a series of photos and clips from Season 9.
Despite her attempts to get Andy Cohen to cast her in The Real Housewives of New York, it was not to be. Lindsay’s returning to the House, adding that it’s “just going to look a little different for me since I’m a whole ass mom now.”
Is Lindsay Hubbard returning to the Summer House cast?
Although Lindsay’s returning, not all of her Season 9 housemates will be back. On June 9, Paige DeSorbo announced her exit from the show after 7 seasons.
“I have a little life update for you: I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” Paige wrote. “You’ve seen me grow up over these last 7 summers. I’ll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me. But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”
The very next day, Lexi Wood likewise released a statement that she was also departing the House. In light of her messy relationship with housemate Jesse Solomon, her exit is understandable. “Well … That wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” she observed on her Instagram Stories.
“I stood up for women and for what’s right,” Lexi added. “Even when it wasn’t easy and I’d do that again in a heartbeat. I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well … maybe one). I’m proud of the way I handled myself, proud of what I walked away from, and even prouder of what I’m walking toward. Big things are coming! Stay tuned!”
As far as the rest of the cast goes, Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula have confirmed their return, as well as OG Carl Radke. No formal announcements have been forthcoming from the rest of the Season 9 cast. Season 10 begins filming next month in The Hamptons.
Summer House is now streaming on Peacock in the US and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
