Southern Charm stars Madison LeCroy and her husband, Brett Randle, announced in February 2025 that they were expecting their first child together. Madison has a son, Hudson, from her previous marriage. At the Southern Charm Season 10 reunion, a visibly pregnant Madison surprised her co-stars with her happy news.
Since sharing the news of her pregnancy via social media, Madison has shared many milestones along the way. And now, the couple’s baby daughter is here!
Madison LeCroy and Brett Randle’s second baby is called Teddi
Madison and Brett were originally convinced that she was having a boy. Then Madison shared the news that she was expecting a daughter. “I felt there’s no way I am going to get a girl,” Madison stated. And the Southern Charmer also revealed that her child’s name would honor a special person in her life – her father, Ted LeCroy. Madison’s father passed away in 2023.
Finally, the couple welcomed their daughter, Teddi, on July 3, 2025. “We’re super excited and just living in pure bliss at the moment. It doesn’t even feel real,” Madison told Page Six.
She explained that the moniker Teddi is a tribute to her late dad. She wanted the name to “live on through [her] baby. We might as well just make the name continue to grow,” Madison added.
The couple’s wonderful new addition follows a scary health diagnosis for Brett. In 2023, he learned that he had thyroid cancer. Meanwhile, this new reality was documented on Southern Charm. There was a scare that Brett also had a tumor on his kidney, but thankfully, it wasn’t. Once the duo learned that the test was negative, they decided to try and expand their family.
