Salley Carson is doing everything she can to bag Austen Kroll this season on Southern Charm. As for Austen, Salley is hot, so he is not that mad about her plight. But, regarding their flirty interactions, Austen did have to raise his voice just a smidge at Andy Cohen. You see, Austen recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where Andy commented about his heated dealings with Salley. But, as Austen clapped back, Andy’s thoughts were pretty off-base.
Andy suggested Southern Charm’s Austen and Salley were friends with benefits
Last night, the season finale of Southern Charm aired. Then, the network dropped the trailer for the Season 11 reunion, which teased all kinda of drama. So, when Austen and his sidekicks appeared on WWHL, Andy and his studio audience had many questions to ask.
Starting with the finale, Salley noted that she and Austen “could be the real thing.” Then, at the end of this very same episode, we learned that Salley and Austen have been “hanging out” and “making out” ever since their cameras went down. But this bit was “not entirely true,” Austen admitted. In his opinion, Salley stretched the truth here.
“Salley and I are close,” Austen explained. “She knows that when we got back from Mexico, it was like, ‘Hey, I’m still newly single, and I need time.’ It’s still kind of like that. We’re just really good friends, to be totally honest.”
At his side, Shep Rose agreed. “I can attest. That’s not true. They are friends. We all are.”
Cue Andy, saying, “friends who f*ck.” Sighing, Austen fired back, “We don’t f*ck, Andy!”
I can understand his frustrations. Because in the trailer for the reunion, we saw Madison LeCroy also accusing Austen and Salley of the same.
