The financial drama keeps on coming on Next Gen NYC. During Episode 6, Ariana Biermann revealed more tea about her family allegedly taking her money. And this time it was in regard to her father, Kroy Biermann. Apparently, he was the one to break the news to her that the bank account had run dry. It was shocking for Ariana, to say the least. So, how did it all go down?
Ariana says her dad Kroy told her “You have no money”
Ariana has been the breakout star this season with her down-to-earth personality and truth-telling. She does not hold back, even with her own family. Ariana hit us right out of the gate in Episode 1 when she revealed, “Unfortunately, my parents took my money.”
She had been working brand deals since the age of 14, but all that hard-earned cash had disappeared. In Episode 6, Ariana shared she learned the news from her dad, Kroy, right after he told her they were getting a divorce.
Ariana said in her confessional, “My dad told me and my sister, ‘You have no money.’ I was doing all these brand deals. I thought I was coming up in my life. But in reality I guess I wasn’t.”
Still, Ariana made it known she was helping her parents pay their bills. She shared that her mom, Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak, needed help. Ariana said, “Sometimes she asks me for help. But my mom asking me for this puts me in such a tough spot.” Her boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, chimed in, “Because she’s plenty capable of making her own money.”
Hudson also advised Ariana to create a balance between her and her mom. He said, “As much as it upsets me and that I want to say something, I’m not going to go disrespect her dad or disrespect her mom because of the choices that they made. They’re adults.”
Time will tell if Ariana spills more tea about her parents, Kroy and Kim, on the show.
