Welcome back! This week on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 7, the interior team is struggling. Kyle is not faring well either, as last week, his crush started making out with another member of his team. Not helping matters are their rude charter guests, who are making everyone feel spent. Here is everything that happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 7, “Party Dockin’ in the House Tonight.”

What happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 7?

Fraser’s frustrations and fears are colliding ahead of his upcoming Carnivale party. Not helping matters are his sarcasm-heavy charter guests, who strongly believe that they are hysterical. Meanwhile, Hugo is nailing his new role as the bosun. But when all is said and done, Fraser realizes his team is not up to snuff, so lay down the law, Fraser finally will.

Seven hours before the Carnivale party, nothing is ready. Fraser is stressed.

Meanwhile, Kyle feels hurt. He likes Solène. But Solène is toying with him and Jess.

At least their guests feel happy with their simple lunch. While Rainbeau and Solène clean their dishes, Rainbeau tries to connect once again with her teammate, but sadly, her efforts fall flat, per usual.

Hugo nails his first bridge crossing and docking. Captain Kerry feels like “a proud father,” seeing all of “his kids” faring well.

Things are finally moving on the dock. However, Anthony needs the exact time to have dinner ready. Instead, Fraser provides him with a window of time, making Rainbeau joke that the dads are fighting. Cue flashbacks from last season, further teasing that tensions between Anthony and Fraser are soon coming to a head.

Jess and Solène are cuddling. Bárbara joins in. Then, Rainbeau and Fraser note that the VIP section for their party that night is lacking. So, back to work these women must now go.

Fraser frantically whips about, ensuring all last-minute Carnivale details are in place. Thankfully, once he pulls back the curtain to his guest’s VIP area, his hired fireeaters, dancers, stiltwalkers, and band are all in place. As the crew, including Captain Kerry, mixes and mingles with their guests and the crowd gathered on the dock, Fraser relaxes, pleased that this event has gone off without any snags.

But Bárbara does feel a little down. She has a crush on Jess. Yet, there is nothing she can do about this, since Jess and Solène are already a quasi-thing, Bárbara explains.

Dinner arrives in the VIP section. Fraser drops a glass. While cleaning the shards, charter guest Dawn pokes fun at him, causing Fraser to sass her right back. Charter guest Jason strikes next, yelling for Rainbeau to return to the VIP section to cater to his whims.

The guests head to bed. But Fraser and Rainbeau remain awake, tidying up the yacht for the following day. While working, Rainbeau tells Fraser that she does not feel motivated. She is busting her tail every day, while Solène is not, she notes.

Fraser understands. He tells Rainbeau that he will “start laying down some laws” soon.

Meanwhile, Solène and Jess are outside, goofing off, which Damo spots. He thinks these two are starting to distract each other. Sounding like Rainbeau, Damo suggests that their flirtations are causing extra work for their teams.

Once Fraser goes to bed, Rainbeau instructs Solène to restock the fridge. Solène seeks clarification on which fridge, causing Rainbeau to explain, “all of them.” In response, Solène says that she is not a morning service gal. “It’s time you learn how to work,” Rainbeau sighs in her talking head.

But Solène enjoys a glass of champagne instead. Damo enters, offering to help Rainbeau with her duties. Solène heads to bed. Several hours later, the camera shows a pissed off Rainbeau still cleaning the yacht by herself.

In the morning, Anthony serves another solid breakfast. Playing a mostly self-serving matchmaker, Bárbara asks their new bosun, Hugo, if he has his eyes on any of the crew members this season. Hugo thinks Solène is pretty, but she is not for him, he answers. Mostly because Jess and Kyle already have both their hands in her pot, he adds.

Fraser tells Captain Kerry that he needs to speak with his team, as Rainbeau is pulling more than her fair share of their workload. Now that their guests have departed, he will get his chance. But first, Kyle handles his problems. He finds Jess and confesses that Solène is still stealing kisses from him.

Jess is surprised. But thankful for his self-serving transparency.

At least their guests tipped well, leaving this overjoyed crew $27.5K.

The crew has two straight days off to recharge. And they are spending these days in a private villa, Captain Kerry reveals.

But first, Fraser must deal with his team. He calls his girls together to admit that they have grown too comfortable. He asks Bárbara to sit up as he speaks. If they cannot place their workloads first, he will have to make cuts, he stresses.

Rainbeau and Solène start turning over the cabins. Solène argues with Rainbeau, telling her that their guests do not care if everything is perfect. Rainbeau disagrees. But Solène cares little, excusing herself for a break with a stiff drink.

Fraser comes to check on their progress. When he realizes the master cabin is amiss, Solène and Bárbara blame Rainbeau. Rainbeau cries. She is drowning, she tells Anthony, who hugs her, admitting that he is as well.

Below Deck continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
