Next Gen NYC star Ariana Biermann knows how to bring the drama. She is a Real Housewives kid after all. And so is her co-star Gia Giudice. During Episode 7, Ariana decided Gia had said enough in her fight with Riley Burruss. When Gia criticized Riley’s behavior while drinking, Ariana felt that Gia was being hypocritical and told her so. Because sometimes, you just want to tell your friends to “Shut the f*ck up.”

Gia has been pretty quiet this first season of Next Gen NYC. However, she did defend Ariana when Ava Dash told her she didn’t give enough fashion to be a designer. So, it probably came as a surprise when Ariana turned the tables on her.
In Episode 7, Georgia McCann had asked for the group’s opinions on her bowling alley nightclub idea. Everyone held their tongues, except Riley.
Riley said, “As your friend … this is a terrible idea.” Georgia took it in stride, but Gia was shook. She told Riley, “Don’t be nasty.” Riley immediately apologized but then got upset when Ariana told her we all say dumb things. Riley didn’t think that was dumb.
That’s when Gia stirred things up more. She told Riley she was rude. Gia added, “I think when you get a little tipsy, you get a little rough.”
Ariana stepped in. She told Gia, “Wait, hold on, when she’s sober, she acts the same. She will tell somebody exactly how it is.” Gia responded, “Yes, but I don’t think it’s triggered as easily … I see her sober; I see her when she’s drunk. I see where the switch can flip a little bit.”
Understandably, Riley left upset. Gia said Riley had been drinking the whole weekend. Ariana then countered that everyone did as well.
In her confessional, Ariana said, “Gia is my girl. But sometimes, it’s like, ‘Ok, just shut the f*ck up, Gia.’ We don’t need to say that or address that. She comes in like Mom. Like everyone’s drinking. How’s your glass of wine, Gia?”
