Teresa Giudice And Melissa Gorga Discuss How Joe Gorga Has Stepped Up For The Giudice Girls Amid Deportation Drama

There is no question that Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice’s children have been through a great deal, and most of it was due to the poor decisions of their parents. Real Housewives of New Jersey fans have watched the four girls grow up over the course of years, and I feel very sympathetic towards the girls and what they have endured. They miss their father so much that it is heartbreaking.

Joe served a 41-month prison sentence for fraud charges, and upon release he was taken into ICE custody in March. An immigration lawyer determined that Joe, who never became a United States citizen after coming to America as a child, should be deported to Italy. Joe’s request to be freed and allowed to remain at home until the final deportation decision was announced was denied, so Joe decided to await his fate in Italy.

Teresa Giudice “Reacquainting” With Joe Giudice In Italy Was “Pretty Amazing”

Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are waiting to see the footage from Teresa Giudice’s Italy trip. The RHONJ OG and her four daughters visited Joe Giudice, who is staying there while he awaits on the deportation decision.

Their interaction was so awkward during their interview with Andy Cohen that fan expectations were low for the family visit abroad. I don’t know about you, but I was analyzing those vacation photos as soon as they were posted. To me, it looked like it was more about their four daughters reuniting with their father post-prison than a husband and wife rekindling a relationship.

As we all know the cameras were rolling when Teresa Giudice went to Italy with her four daughters to visit estranged husband Joe Giudice. None of that footage has surfaced yet and there’s no word on when it will air. It would be kind of awkward to show this before Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 concludes. But at the same time, the anticipation is high to see Joe and Teresa’s in-person dynamic.

While we wait on the video footage, there are plenty of photos to click through. Now that Joe has joined social media, he was really on his game during the visit. Teresa, on the other hand, dialed down her social media presence, which isn’t a great sign for anyone pulling through for them to resurrect their doomed relationship.

Teresa Giudice Real Housewives Of New JerseyBrace yourselves! The Real Housewives of New Jersey are BACK! Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jackie Goldschneider, and Jennifer Aydin are ready to stir up more drama. Don’t worry, Jersey’s favorite villain Danielle Staub is back too. The Jersey ladies had a banner season last year, so this is likely to be the most explosive yet.

A lot of drama is rumored to surround the marriage between Teresa and Joe Giudice. What a crazy ride it’s been between those two! It’ll also be interesting to see what happens next between Danielle and Margaret. How do you move on after you push someone’s husband in a pool? Jackie and Jennifer were great additions last year, so hopefully, they bring it this season yet again.

Real Housewives of New Jersey fans got a little taste of drama when Teresa Giudice and her estranged husband Joe did that super awkward interview. They accused each other of cheating and Teresa accused Caroline Manzo of snitching to the feds.

Tonight, we will jump back in time a few months to see Teresa and her daughters awaiting Joe’s release from prison before he got transferred to an ICE detention facility. As if that wasn’t tough enough, Teresa’s oldest daughter Gia Giudice gets emotional thinking about her father missing her prom, high school graduation, and move-in to college. Oh, and then there’s the cheating rumors. Yes, this is technically an ensemble show, but let’s be honest: The Teresa Show is back tonight for its Season 10 premiere.

RHONJ-Teresa-Giudice

It has been an action-packed few days for Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice. In 2014, Joe and his wife Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to fraud and both served time away in prison at camp. After Joe completed his 41-month sentence in March of 2018, he was taken into ICE custody. Joe is not a citizen of the United States. An immigration judge ruled that Joe should be deported to Italy.

He filed an appeal, and his lawyer also filed an appeal bond, which asked that Joe be allowed to return to his family in New Jersey while awaiting the final decision on his deportation. That request was denied, so Joe asked to be sent to Italy to await the final decision. Joe left for Italy on October 11, and his next court date is set for November.

The scenery may be nicer, but the waiting remains the same. Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice has spent almost a year in ICE custody while waiting for the appeal court to render their decision in his immigration case.

After losing his request to be freed from custody on an appeal bond pending the courts decision, Joe has decided to return to his native Italy rather than remain in custody.

Joe Giudice on RHONJ

During Joe Giudice‘s stint in prison for fraud, we did not hear much about him. Sure, wife Teresa Giudice talked about Joe once in a while on the Real Housewives of New Jersey or in the media, but his time in prison was mostly low-key. As it is meant to be! However, since Joe’s release from prison in March, we have been given frequent updates on the status of his ongoing deportation case. Joe’s decision to not become a U.S. citizen backfired, resulting in deportation proceedings commencing against him.

In April, Joe’s appeal to ICE to stay in the country was denied, meaning he would be deported. Later that month, he achieved a legal victory when the courts agreed to look at his case again. In May, Joe was given approval to remain in the U.S. while waiting for a decision regarding his deportation. The legal wrangling continued on over the summer, until Joe finally requested to be allowed to return to Italy to await the decision on his case. Now, there is an update in the ongoing legal saga.
