Real Housewives of Miami alum Dr. Lenny Hochstein is accused of botching a breast operation. Also, he allegedly hid the dangers of the operation from his patient, who is now suing him.
Content creator Tanya Draskovic says the “Boob God” pushed her into a high-risk surgery without proper consent. In the malpractice complaint filed on June 13, Tanya claims the operation left her scarred, in pain and needing corrective surgery.
Estimating the damages to exceed $50,000, Tanya asks that the total amount be decided by a “fair and just jury.” In addition to the $15,000 a month he’s already paying his ex-wife Lisa Hochstein, a judgement could put a dent in his finances. Surely he carries malpractice insurance.

According to RadarOnline, Tanya underwent an elective mastopexy in October 2022, also known as a breast lift, as well as an implant exchange. At the same time, she also had a capsulectomy, which removes scar tissue surrounding a previous implant.
Prior to the surgery, Lenny was required to “disclose all material risks, complications, and reasonable alternatives.” However, Tanya claims he “failed to explain the heightened risk” of combining the three procedures into a single-stage surgery.” In addition to his failure to suggest “a safer staged approach,” she claims he didn’t fully explain the “nature and extent” of the procedure. She feels she was deprived of the necessary information to make an”‘informed decision.”
In her suit, the patient claims she suffered “foreseeable complications” and “permanent injuries.” After the initial surgery, Tanya developed a capsular contracture, in which scar tissue forms and tightens around the new implant. Not only is the condition painful, but it resulted in hardening and “deformity” to her breast.
Additionally, the surgery allegedly left her with left shoulder adhesive capsulitis, also known as “frozen shoulder.” This condition causes loss of motion, stiffness and pain.
In conclusion, Tanya claims to have suffered “pain, disfigurement, and mental anguish” caused by Dr. Lenny’s procedure. She’s also suing for the cost of additional corrective surgeries and accompanying expenses.
This isn’t Lenny’s first rodeo. As a surgeon, he’s previously been sued for malpractice multiple times.
