Brandi Glanville Gives Health Battle Update: ‘Finally Getting Answers’

The emotionally and physically taxing time is nearly over. Brandi Glanville has reason for hope after a two year battle with a mystery illness. At least, that’s what a recent social media post from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum suggested.

Brandi has spent over $113,000 on various medical costs and procedures. Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow offered to help, and took biopsies from her face in January 2025. But to no avail. The RHOBH alum still had no answers. But now, Brandi has a hopeful tone about the future.

Brandi Glanville is ready to “live again”

“I am so thankful to my NYC angel @DrScomaME_CFS for actually wanting to help me get better,” Brandi wrote on Twitter/X. “I’m finally getting answers.”

The former Bravolebrity claimed that she “can’t wait to live again.” Presumably, Brandi got a diagnosis and has a treatment plan. However, she did not share the details in the social media post.

Brandi is looking towards the future though. She has a plan of action for when she regains her health. That includes fixing her teeth, putting “on 10 pounds” and making out “with a hot boy or girl.”

The RHOBH alum admitted to being celibate since her health woes started over two years ago. She shared moments of despair when she felt she was “missing out on life.” This hopeful tone is a welcome change for her followers.

“I cannot wait to get out of this house and LIVE,” Brandi concluded the post.

“I literally don’t do anything and I feel like I’m experiencing [the] COVID-19 [pandemic lockdown] all over again, but with some miserable side effects,” she said in an April 2025 interview. “And I miss socializing with my girlfriends and then having sex with men. I’m a Scorpio. I love sex.”

Brandi continued, “I was having a lot of it and now I haven’t had any of it and I’m like, ‘Have I forgotten how to kiss?’ But, like, I’ve lost myself. I feel more insecure than I ever have in my life. Normally, I feel fairly secure, and I don’t get nervous. I don’t get anxiety about most things. Some things do give me anxiety, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like I lost Brandi.”

Perhaps Brandi will share her diagnosis with the public. But the most important thing is that she returns to good health.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is now streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
