Gia Giudice Reveals Which Next Gen NYC Star Left the Group Chat

The first season of Bravo’s Next Gen NYC has come to a close. Friendships were tested and loyalties wavered but, for the most part, most of the cast remained on speaking terms, except for one. Gia Giudice revealed who left the group chat and hasn’t really been in contact.

Next Gen NYC came in like a breath of fresh air in the Bravo universe. It featured the kids of Real Housewives alongside other up-and-coming New York youth. At first, fans weren’t sure what to make of a show filled with nepo babies. But it turns out, it was pretty awesome. And now viewers want to know if the friendships made it out of taping alive. It looks like most did, except for one.

Gia, daughter Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey, appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She was joined by Brooks Marks, Meredith Marks’ son, and Emira D’Spain. The trio talked about their experiences on the show and shared some of the tea after the first season wrapped.

After a season of ups and downs and arguments and microagressions, one of the biggest questions for the cast is they all still friends? Andy especially mentioned Charlie Zakkour whose bad behavior made him continually butt heads with everyone on the show.

“Have any of you spoken to Charlie recently?” Andy asked.

There was a bit of an awkward silence with Brooks softly saying, “No.” Gia revealed quietly that she had spoken to him. She clarified that it wasn’t for anything deep. She merely extended an invitation to him which he eventually ended up turning down. And then radio silence after that.

“So yeah, that was it, minimal,” Gia said.

“How is he feeling about the show?” Andy asked. “Do we know?”

“He left the group chat,” Gia replied. She looked a bit awkward and turned to Emira and Brooks when she said it.

“Yeah, he left our group chat,” Emira confirmed. Brooks stayed silent. And it looked rather tense. It appears there are still unresolved issues with Charlie. And that’s not surprising considering everything that happened this past season.

Next Gen NYC is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
