Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley wants to unburden herself.
Dorit wants the world to see the woman behind her “curated image.” Due in bookstores next year, her new book is called Unburdened: Moving On, Letting Go & Putting It All on the Table. The memoire promises “a candid look at her life as a mother, entrepreneur and public figure.”
Furthermore, the release from her publisher, Podium Entertainment, teases “an intimate look at the woman behind the camera: a mother, a survivor, a dreamer, and a woman reclaiming her voice.”
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley is releasing a book

“For years, people have seen glimpses of my life,” Dorit told People. “But this book is the full story. The beauty, the heartbreak, the fear, the fight and the strength it took to become the woman I am today. I am writing this book not just to look back, but to move forward — with determination, grace and honesty.”
After joining RHOBH in Season 7, Dorit quickly became known for wearing head-to-toe designer fashion and taking lots of selfies. And then there’s the accent that comes and goes.
Meanwhile, news of Dorit’s book comes out just months after filing for divorce from her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley. The couple were married over a decade and share two children, 11-year-old son Jagger and 9-year-old daughter Phoenix. They’re currently fighting over custody and support issues, but the profits from a NYT best-seller could go a long way towards attorney’s fees. I’m just saying.
According to her press release, Dorit’s journey in front of the camera has earned her “admiration for her strength, vulnerability and elegance under pressure.”
Unburdened will be available in Spring 2026.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is now streaming on Peacock in the US, and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
