There are very few people in the world who can recognize a true stunt queen move. But if you were compelled to form a group of individuals who can clock someone that engages in questionable endeavors with a goal of achieving recognition, call a Bravo viewer. We get lots of stunt queens and most fans are well-versed in not tolerating blatant acts of
desperation forced content. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been suffering from forced content for several seasons now, and the person often called in to work is Brandi Glanville.
Brandi has basically been there for the show since
she was fired her contract wasn’t renewed. RHOBH had a rough go last year and lost Denise Richards as a result. Denise was the newest target in the environment where absolutely no one is ganged up on. After the disaster that was #puppygate and Lisa Vanderpump’s departure, rumors of a boring Season 10 filled the media during production. Evolution called in Brandi who had some handy dandy unconfirmed rumors to share. Despite the negative press, Denise quitting, and not exactly gaining fans, Brandi has no regrets.
The summer is here in the Northern Hemisphere, and everyone wants to believe the coronavirus pandemic is over. Restrictions have eased and people are ripping their masks off in a 21st Century version of bra-burning.
It may be a bit premature, and certainly people are still contracting the virus. Each and every tally and life matters, but some just get more media spotlight than others. In our beloved Bravo community several Real Housewives and their families have contracted and, thankfully, recovered from the disease. Shannon Beador, Kyle Richards, Frank Catania, Margaret Josephs, Joe Beningo, Marge Senior, Kathy Hilton, Dorit Kemsley, and Jennifer Aydin all recovered from the coronavirus. And now one more familiar Bravo face is battling COVID-19.
It’s no surprise that Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi’s web of scandals, including their
scam divorce and legal issues, is the main event this year on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It’s really a story straight out of a horror movie. Tom allegedly embezzling millions from his clients, many of whom were victims of horrific accidents, to fund his over-the-top lifestyle. Erika says she’s not involved, but the questionable timing of her divorce says otherwise. Plus, Tom was depositing millions into her businesses that he earned from swindling his clients so she could fund her high-end fashions, over-the-top glam and virtually anything else she wanted in life that she didn’t have to work for.
Erika has maintained her innocence, but a recent Hulu documentary about the whole ordeal has plenty of people looking at her questionably. Yet, the word on the street is that Sutton Stracke is the only RHOBH who isn’t supporting Erika throughout all of this. Yes, the women who put people on trial for alleged hookups and #puppygate leaks are supporting a woman accused of being a total fraudster. It only further proves to me that the RHOBH ladies all help each other hide the real skeletons in their massive closets rather than confronting them on reality TV like they are PAID TO DO. Like, this is why Teresa Giudice is the Tom Brady of housewives. Ladies, take notes.
The divorce that shocked the world is FINALLY playing out on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi are no more. The mysterious marriage is coming to an end, and the insanity is only beginning. The other women have no idea what a ride they are in for this season. Erika can’t hide her life behind the curtain for too much longer. Too much is coming to light. It’s time to speak up or get out.
You have to wonder how legitimate Erika’s friendships are with Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, & Lisa Rinna. They’re allegedly as thick as thieves, but they never saw this coming. They had no inkling whatsoever about this going down. What type of friend would keep their nearest and dearest in the dark like that? If anything, this might cause them to rethink their relationships with her. Will they hold her accountable for her secrecy?
Good news, everyone! Mikey Minden can stop pouring through Erika Jayne’s remaining wardrobe for an appropriate “moment” designed to confuse the prosecution with high-art glamour and questions about shoulder pads. We might be on standby because the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Birdbrain of Alcatraz star has hit another wall. Get your popcorn and cocktails, but longtime EJ fans may want to take a deep breath.
It really is like a movie script. A cinematic noir about stealing money from innocent victims and sinister charges of fraud. Filmed under the haze of Vaseline and the occasional waft of burned hair. Or it could be another day in the life of Erika. She’s suffering some radioactive fallout from the recent Hulu documentary covering tricky accounting methods with Tom Girardi. Erika is trying to get out of being on the hook for
most some of Tom’s debt and fighting to retain assets before the only public appearance on her calendar is the Pink Pig Swap Meet in Crawford County, Arkansas. On today’s show, the hills are alive with the sound of… attorneys running far, far away from Erika.
It’s evident that throughout the 10+ years that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been on the air, the show has undergone a lot of changes. But one always-reliable aspect is Lisa Vanderpump’s unwavering ability to throw a good dig. Her one-time best friend Kyle Richards has become a target of her tauntings, with their fight reaching entirely new levels of petty. LVP and Lisa Rinna tend to go head-to-head and bring up issues from their rocky past. And the shady Brit truly cannot help herself when it comes to dogging Dorit Kemsley, especially after the #pantygate and #puppygate of it all.
Regardless of your LVP thoughts and feelings, it says something that she remains so relevant to the storyline. And even after skipping out on the reunion never to be seen again. Well, except on Vanderpump Rules and all of her other spinoff shows. My theory is that the RHOBH cast can’t stop bringing her up to avoid having to talk about their own skeletons. Yes, I’m talking about you, Erika Jayne. Fans deserve the real-life tea, not the Lucy Lucy Apple Juicy or Brandi Glanville/Denise Richards nonsense.
Even though the year is 2021, somehow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OGs Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards are STILL finding topics to fight about. In fact, even though LVP’s been off the show for seasons, she always finders herself in feuds with her former co-stars like Lisa Rinna or Brandi Glanville like clockwork. What a blast from the past. Either LVP is salty about leaving RHOBH, or the ladies are jealous she’s relatively unbothered after her unorthodox exit. She has a new season of Vanderpump Rules to film and a new spin-off show about dogs. However, that doesn’t mean the shady Brit won’t find time to bash her former co-stars or retaliate if they try to come for her.
Kyle and LVP have gone back and forth recently about quite a few things, most of them relatively frivolous. First, Lisa sent a dinner bill to Kyle’s table as a prank and it caused a whole fiasco. Then, Kyle slammed Lisa for “ruining” an RHOBH fan’s photo by scribbling over the faces of her former co-stars like Dorit Kemsley and Erika Jayne. Kyle might be right that LVP is the queen of grudge-holding, but she does know how to throw a good dig. And is a good player to have on your team in the game of shade.
Dorit Kemsley kicked off Season 11 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with a glammed-up barbecue. That is so on-brand for Dorit.
She formerly designed bathing suits and named them after her co-stars. Now Dorit is upping her fashion game. She is designing bridal gowns.
