During the third installment of The Valley Season 2 reunion, Jesse Lally decided to whine about cameras. Silly me! I thought being on reality TV meant that you knew that cameras would be present. Well, host Andy Cohen wasted no time setting Jesse straight about how reality TV works.
As you may recall, Jesse and Michelle Saniei’s divorce stalled. Much of Season 2 featured the former couple hurling nasty accusations at each other. It was a lot for viewers and the cast to absorb. Plus, Michelle alleged that Jesse’s girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, threatened her with legal action in a text message. Yikes!

Decider shared a TikTok with a clip of the Season 2 reunion. To set the stage, Jesse’s girlfriend apparently went to Michelle’s Zen party. Production for the season had wrapped. Meanwhile, Michelle and Jesse’s girl allegedly screamed at each other. However, Michelle stayed mum on the topic since Jesse’s new lady had again reportedly threatened her with legal action.
“They picked up cameras and put a boom over our head as soon as she walked in,” Jesse said at the reunion. “As they should have. They were doing their job,” Andy said. “If your girlfriend showed up today, you know what I would do? Stick a mic on her and get her in here.”
Plus, Andy had support from Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute, who were feeling this message. “Amen,” Brittany said, while Kristen added, “How it works.”
Andy continued, “This is a hot set. This is a show called The Valley. That’s your girlfriend? I want to talk to her.” He added, “Bring her out. Let’s get her on the phone.” Then Jasmine Goode gave a snap in support. “You understand?” Andy asked Jesse, who must be having flashbacks of middle school.
The Valley is streaming on Peacock and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
