Season 7 was messy, so we doubt hosts Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen will struggle to fill the time-slot. There were breakups, screaming matches, and two cast members were booted from the Villa amid controversy. While the season did produce a few successful couples, it was kind of a hot mess. Will Cierra be at the reunion?
Islander Cierra Ortega was removed from the Villa on day 26 after production discovered an old Instagram post in which she used a slur derogatory to Asians. After her exit, she issued an apology on Instagram, telling fans she was unaware of the word’s history.
“This is not an apology video, this is an accountability video … I take accountability for using the word,” she said, “I do want it to be known that I genuinely had no idea that it was a slur. I had no idea of its meaning.”
Fans are curious to know if Cierra will be invited back for the reunion given her controversial exit. She did not appear in the teaser trailer, but it’s possible she may come out for a segment to address the drama and her breakup with Nic Vansteenberghe. We suspect her exit will be a topic of conversation whether she is there or not. I’m sure Ariana and Andy will question Nic about his former fling’s sudden departure.
Who is still together?
We’re dying to know the current status of our favorite Season 7 couples. It appears many of the final couples are still together. Winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales were spotted getting cozy in Boston earlier this month, Nic and Olandria Carthen frequently post each other on social media, and Iris Kendall and Pepe Garcia posed on the red carpet together. However, the teaser trailer revealed some tension in Amaya and Bryan’s whirlwind romance. In the video, Andy asks Bryan about his rumored cheating scandal. The Islander responds by saying, “I had a lapse of judgement.” Naturally, Bryan’s statement made fans question his and Amaya’s relationship. Are they still together? We’ll have to wait and see…
Will Huda apologize to Jeremiah?
Huda Mustafa and Jeremiah Brown’s toxic romance was all anyone could talk about this summer. Their relationship went from 0 to 100 in the span of a couple of days. Some fans accused Jeremiah of love-bombing Huda, while others felt Huda was emotionally abusive to her Villa beau. We’re hoping these two interact at the reunion. We want to know more about the demise of their romance and where they stand today. Their split was beyond messy.
Will JaNa Craig make an appearance?
On August 1, 2025, news broke that Season 6 Islanders JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez had split. Allegedly, JaNa discovered texts on Kenny’s phone that revealed he was using her for fame and money.
JaNa’s co-stars rushed to her defense, publicly slamming Kenny by calling him “racist” and “money-hungry.”
JaNa’s best friend also weighed in on the controversy, sharing a Instagram story aimed at Kenny.
“My advice for women in relationships,” she wrote. “If you have access-go [through] your man’s phone TODAY. Search keywords like, ‘I don’t like black women, I’m faking this relationship, I thought I would get more money from this, I’m faking this relationship, going on the show would be for clout, I can’t wait to be done [with] this so I can f*ck hella b*tches.”
JaNa and Kenny’s breakup happened a few weeks before the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion was filmed. Some fans speculated that JaNa may address the drama at the upcoming reunion. It’s just a rumor but we can’t help but hope for more information on the split.
