Season 19 of The Real Housewives of Orange County has been on fire. Katie Ginella is everyone’s enemy. However, Katie infuriated the RHOC cast when she secretly recorded Shannon Beador while she was having a meltdown. Now, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp is weighing in on Shannon’s situation.
Meanwhile, Shannon has reportedly not only been heated during filming, but has also allegedly been displaying that type of behavior behind the scenes. “It’s not the first time she’s been called out for speaking more aggressively with staffers,” an insider has alleged. This season, Shannon refused to entertain forgiving Katie.
Teddi Mellencamp and Shannon Beador have a “perpetual state” of “panic attack”
Teddi and her producer, Matt, dissected a recent episode of RHOC on Teddi’s podcast with Tamra Judge, Two Ts in a Pod. So, Teddi discussed how Shannon was late to take the boat tour to see crocodiles because she had a panic attack. “Shannon is having a panic attack,” Teddi said. “What else is new?” Matt quipped.
“The hair is askew, she’s having a panic attack, so she’s late. They decide they want to leave her, but she still needs her coat,” Teddi explained. “Once you’re late, then you can’t ask production to go get your coat.” Well, that was … a choice.
Matt stated, “Well, are there Xanax in the coat, cause then maybe they should get the coat.” Then Teddi chimed in, “Can I have the coat? Are Tamra’s Xanax from the night before in the coat? Teddi asked. “I think she took them all,” Matt responded, referencing Tamra’s decision to quit RHOC in New Orleans. That was another messy, confusing dinner resulting in a spiral.
“Shannon’s perpetual state is an anxiety attack,” Matt said. “Well, mine, too,” Teddi added. As you may know, Teddi is battling stage 4 cancer with grace and bravery.
