Below Deck Mediterranean is returning soon. Accordingly, Bravo posted the Season 10 sneak peek trailer to social media on August 27.
“This past charter season has been one of the toughest times in my entire life,” deckhand Nathan Gallagher voiceovers. “I thought I was gonna come on as a first-time bosun and kill it. Boy, was I wrong!”
“But in the end,” he adds, “it just turned into the best because of this.” And the camera pulls back from Nathan to reveal Gael Cameron’s pregnant belly. In April, the couple confirmed that their baby boy was on his way.
Clowning around on Below Deck Med Season 10
“Most seasons I don’t care about how much tip money we’re getting,” Chief Stew Aesha Scott narrates. “But this season, I’d better earn the bloody money, guys. We’ve got a mortgage. I need paint brushes, I need paint. Do you know how expensive paint is?”
As BDM fans are aware, Aesha and her partner Scott Dobson got engaged last year, in addition to buying a house in New Zealand. They must be in the process of some home renovation.
“We are the Mediterranean crew,” Captain Sandy Yawn continues. “We have a standard, and that standard is excellence.” So of course, her words are immediately followed by a montage of her crew f*cking things up.
A new chef has also joined the crew this season: Josh Bingham. “I feel like people who are artistic can be neurotic,” he narrates over a scene of him stripping naked prior to hopping into the jacuzzi. “I’m not just a chef. I’m also a clown.” At this point, viewers are treated to a shot of Josh in full clown makeup. Ew.
The first charter group consists of the primary, Joe, who has “enlisted his personal matchmaker to invite six eligible women with hopes of finding love.” So Joe is on a boat with six strangers? Poor guy must not have any friends. Rich people (SMDH).
Following a montage of crew members in various states of fraternization, Nathan admits, “Having empty hookups is not fulfilling for me.”
But when Gael comes for a visit, not all seems idyllic in their relationship. “You hurt me so much,” Gael says tearfully. “Not only did you hurt me the first time, [but] you hurt me again and again.”
And Gael’s not the only one unhappy on the Bravado Motor Yacht. “Get your f*cking sh*t together on this deck,” Captain Sandy sternly tells Nathan. “You understand?”
Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 premieres September 29 at 8/7c on Bravo, streaming on Peacock the next day in the US. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
