Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari has had quite a journey. She starred in her own reality show, Very Cavallari, with her now ex-husband, Jay Cutler. And it was clear that this duo was not going to make it to the end zone.
The couple shares three children: Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor. However, Kristin pulled the plug on their marriage in 2020. “I just decided I didn’t want to be in a toxic relationship anymore and I had to break it off,” Kristin previously explained. Now, for some reason, Kristin is bringing us along for her first labor and delivery experience.

During an episode of Kristin’s Let’s Be Honest podcast, she really embraced telling the truth. Even if it was TMI. Kristin explained that during the birth of her first child in August 2012, the epidural didn’t “take away all the pain.” Since epidurals, which are administered in the spine, are supposed to lessen pain during the childbirth process, Kristin deserves a refund.
“What the epidural did for me was it took away the contractions,” Kristin stated, but it “didn’t take away the feeling of [her] vagina literally feeling like it was ripping in half.” She added of the early contractions, “It was brutal.”
Unfortunately, after the epidural, the reality star was “still f*cking suffering.” She continued, “I remember just lying in my hospital bed, just lying there in silence, and just tears just like running down my face,” Kristin added, “That’s just how I’ve always been.” She quipped, “The epidural, thank God for that. It still hurt like a bitch.”
Of course, Kristin’s dating life has been active since splitting with Jay. She had a brief fling with Southern Charm star Craig Conover. However, when she discovered that he was seeing Summer House diva Paige DeSorbo, she backed off.
