Trigger Warning: This article contains a discussion of domestic violence allegations.
Despite the current messy situation going on in her personal life, Denise Richards looked as hot as ever as she celebrated one of her most iconic roles.
On August 30, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles presented a special screening of her 1999 cult classic Drop Dead Gorgeous. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posed on the red carpet, with her daughters Sami and Eloise by her side.
Though it’s been nearly three decades since the film’s release, the actress still looked stunningly beautiful in an all-black ensemble.
Denise Richards looked fantastic despite her ongoing divorce from Aaron Phypers
“About last night,” she captioned her Instagram post. “Big thanks to @academymuseum for letting us relive the camp and chaos of #DropDeadGorgeous on the big screen! Rebecca Leeman would be so proud.”
Fans have been following the shocking developments in Denise’s divorce from estranged husband Aaron Phypers. Though he’s vehemently denying he ever laid hands on his wife, Denise has made shocking claims of abuse. Not only has she accused him of physically attacking her, but she claims he put one of her dogs down without her permission.
In addition, Denise had to request a judge to order Aaron and his extended family out of her Calabasas home. Due to a restraining order against her, she had to get permission to enter the house and retrieve her personal belongings. Ironically, the landlord of the home in question is also in the process of evicting the family from the premises.
Amid all the chaos, Denise is reportedly filming RHOBH again. Even though her personal life is in turmoil, the Denise Richards & Her Wild Things star always brings the drama.
Though her private life may be a dumpster fire, Denise is still a star. As she proved on Saturday night, she’s still drop-dead gorgeous after all these years.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is now streaming on Peacock. The show streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
