Bozmoa Saint John and Jimmy Fallon are besties. The pair have known each other for a while and recently worked together on a new show. Now, they are swapping life milestones and sending each other engagement gifts. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared the “spicy” engagement present Jimmy sent her when she announced her engagement.
Boz has been busy since her premiere season of RHOBH. One of her big announcements is that she and partner Keely Watson are now engaged. The business baddie has upgraded from girlfriend to fiancée.
What did Jimmy Fallon gift Bozoma Saint John after her engagement news?
She talked about how she shared the news with Jimmy on her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She revealed that the talk show host sent her a “spicy” gift shortly after she told him her good news.
“Obviously, I’m excited. I’m happy about the engagement,” Bozoma related (at the 2:02 mark). “I send Jimmy the pictures, and I’m like, ‘Look! Oh my god, I’m getting married! And Jimmy’s like, ‘Congratulations!’ He’s so happy.”
Obviously, her new bestie needed to celebrate her amazing news. The following day, he sent Bozoma a special package with a note.
“It’s like, ‘Congratulations, Boz and Keely! I wish you many years of happy marriage!’ And then in parentheses, it’s like, ‘Keep it spicy!’” Bozoma revealed. “I was like, well, Jimmy’s been married a long time. He knows how to keep things spicy, so I’ll take the advice.”
But this time, Jimmy meant spicy in a literal sense. He sent the RHOBH star four bowls of pepper soup. “Hot, hot soup!” he exclaimed. The gift was a throwback to the time the two of them had dinner at an African restaurant called Lagos in Times Square.
“To Jimmy’s credit, he did eat everything I ordered for him, including the pepper soup,” Boz shared about their three-hour dinner. “But he almost died.”
Jimmy laughed and added, “It’s the hottest soup I’ve ever had! And I’ve been on Hot Ones! This is like (the hot sauce) Da Bomb heated up and put in a bowl.”
Jimmy and Bozoma worked together on On Brand with Jimmy Fallon, where Boz can utilize her 20 years of corporate experience and help competitors create unique marketing campaigns.
