Nathan Gallagher and Gael Cameron met during Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9. Their romance got off to a rocky start, but now, these two yachties are going strong, complete with their new-ish baby. But as Nathan revealed, they are currently raising their three-month-old son in a rather unconventional manner. Here’s what this green bosun just said.
Nathan Gallagher and Gael Cameron are raising their child on “a flight around the world”
Following a recent episode of Below Deck Med, Nathan appeared on Watch What Happens Live. Bravo brought him back for another season, complete with a promotion to the bosun position. However, Gael is not starring on BDM Season 10. Yet, this minor detail failed to stop Gael from making an appearance this season.
Instead, as the trailer teased, Gael will stop by at some point to see her ex. Then, following a few fights, Gael and Nathan will reignite their boatmance from the previous season right before Gael ends her brief visit. And now, over a year later, little Kayden has entered this world. Cue Andy Cohen asking Nathan where he and Gael are currently raising their son, now that Kayden is several months old.
Shaking his head and cursing in good fun, Nathan answered, “F*ck … On a flight around the world. We’re gonna explore the world together with our new best friend. So, eh, we don’t know yet,” he explained, making Andy laugh.
As we learned during Season 9, Gael calls Sydney, Australia, home. Meanwhile, Nathan is from Burtonport, Ireland. So, things are up in the air for this family, literally. At least, that is, until they can figure out where to plant their roots as a family of three.
