Grande Dame Karen Huger is no longer the only Potomac housewife with a mugshot. Wendy Osefo has reportedly been arrested on 16 charges, alongside her husband Eddie Osefo. The pair are being accused of criminal fraud, according to a report.

Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie have been booked on fraud charges, according to TMZ.
The Real Housewives of Potomac star is said to be facing a total of 16 charges, seven of which are felonies. The arrest centers on accusations that the pair may have lied about a burglary at their home, reports TMZ. The couple allegedly filed an insurance claim citing a loss of $450,000 worth of personal property.
But turns out that may have been a fib – police apparently say Wendy was spotted wearing one of the “stolen” diamond rings in a social media snap. That’s not the only issue. It’s been reported that items the pair said were stolen had been returned to stores for refunds before the burglary.
Wendy and Eddie claimed that someone broke into their home while they were on vacation in Jamaica.
Wendy has been a member of the RHOP cast since 2020, when she joined in season 5. She’s currently featuring in the 10th season, which premiered earlier this month – you just know the producers are disappointed to have missed out on this juicy storyline.
The arrest comes soon after fellow RHOP star Karen Huger was released from prison. The self-described Grande Dame of Potomac was released last month after serving six months of a 12-month sentence for a DUI charge.
