Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Britani Bateman can’t catch a break with the cast … especially Mary Cosby. Mary has made it loud and clear since Britani’s debut that she does not like her. It probably didn’t help that when Britani met Mary, she insinuated Mary grew up poor. Oop. Still, Britani’s not giving up on a possible friendship one day. She’s game to “start over” but knows it will be challenging since Mary’s not her biggest fan.

Britani made her debut as a Friend of during Season 5. And she left a strong first impression on Mary when she called her a “hoarder” and insinuated she was poor. Mary was immediately dunzo.
During the Season 6 premiere, Mary still wasn’t a fan. While on the RV, Britani noted they were going to drive by her house. Mary quipped, “Maybe we can drop you off.”
And it’s not just Mary she’s had a hard time with. During Season 5 she was accused of recording the group’s conversation while they were in a sprinter van. Meredith Marks and Angie Katsanevas almost lost their minds.
Still, Britani isn’t giving up hope on Mary or winning over the group. She told DECIDER her feelings on wanting to start over with Mary and how she felt about the rest of the cast.
Britani shared, “I really like Mary … I was trying to relate to her and just say, ‘Oh yeah, I grew up rich, then poor, then rich, then poor, with lots of siblings as well.'”
She added, “If I could just go back and put those words back in my mouth, I would love to start over with Mary because I really like her. She just doesn’t like me.”
Then Britani dished on the rest of the cast. She shared, “Heather [Gay] and Whitney [Rose] are my girls. They ride so hard for me, even to their own detriment … But I feel like everyone else; I’m just kind of like a thorn in their shoe that they’ve sort of learned to tolerate.”
