Lo Bosworth shared her youth on reality TV. But the former The Hills star isn’t looking to share all the aspects of her life anymore. Certainly, the wellness brand founder would prefer to keep her medical information private. And a recent incident at the OBGYN office was a violation of her privacy.
After leaving reality TV for good, Lo founded a brand called Love Wellness. She chose not to participate in The Hills New Beginning. She also has a lifestyle blog. The Hills darling wed husband Dom Natale in July 2025. Now, the entrepreneur is pregnant after successfully undergoing IVF. But Lo is not interested in being under the microscope while at the doctor’s office.

On Thursday, October 30, Lo chastised the women of the Big Apple for breaching her privacy while waiting for an OBGYN appointment. Being in a compromised position may happen on reality TV, but should not be happening with a care provider.
“Let’s make a deal women of nyc if u see me at the ob/gyn for baby appointments how about don’t take my photo?” Lo posted to Instagram Stories. “It’s unspeakably rude. that is all.”
Adding another layer of complexity to her fertility journey, Lo suffers from endometriosis. The disease is described by the World Health Organization as “a disease in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus.”
Earlier this year, the former reality TV star confirmed her diagnosis after undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Since then, Lo has become active in fundraising and awareness for the condition.
The former Hills star is due in January 2026. It’s happy news for Lo, who admittedly felt that getting pregnant was going to be a challenge in lieu of her endometriosis.
