Morgan Wade just dropped a bombshell on her fans. The country music singer shared the information on her Instagram November 6, indicating changes in her career path to come in 2026.
Morgan appeared on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 13 as Kyle Richards friend. Rumors circled as to the extent of their friendship. After the media frenzy, Morgan chose to walk away from RHOBH. But the exposure stuck, and the Bravo public is still interested in what is going on with the award winning singer.
Morgan Wade is ready to “take a little break” after a successful tour
“Hey, y’all. I just want to take a minute to talk about a couple of things,” Morgan said to her fans in a video posted to Instagram. “One, thank you. It’s been about almost 500 shows in the last, I guess, technically, three and a half years. Amazing … I have been to a lot of places that this small-town girl never thought she would get to go to. I’ve done a lot of things, met a lot of people, and I couldn’t have done literally any of that without you guys buying tickets, listening to my songs. I’m forever grateful for that, so I just really wanna say thank you.”
But Morgan has a different vision for 2026. And that includes taking “a little break from touring and work on some new things.”
The singer explained, “There’s a lot of things that I’m working on outside the music world. There’s a lot of things that I haven’t had time to do, and I’m gonna go do that, and take a bit of a vacation, and just experience some life.”
This pause comes on the heels of the release of Morgan’s fifth album. The Party Is Over recovered dropped in August 2025. She also toured Europe earlier this year, and a visit from Kyle along the way.
“I say that now, and then who knows,” Morgan concluded. “I appreciate each and every one of you. I’m gonna do a few more shows. See you there.”
