The plane ride from BravoCon had more than a little turbulence for Porsha Williams. TMZ published footage of the Real Housewives of Atlanta star exiting her Delta flight and speaking with police officers. The footage was accompanied by a headline about a potential FBI investigation. But what in the world happened, and is she about to be on the No Fly List?
Porsha Williams was “verbally assaulted” by an “unhinged passenger,” according to her lawyer
Page Six got the scoop on what caused all of the ruckus on Porsha’s flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta. Footage showed her exiting a plane and speaking with police on Sunday, November 16, following a wild weekend at BravoCon 2025.
Although rumors are floating around social media about what caused the drama, Porsha’s lawyer explained that Porsha was the victim of an “irate” passenger.
“Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses,” Porsha’s’ lawyer, Joe Habachy, said in a statement.
According to a representative from Delta Airlines, the cabin crew had to intervene. However, the drama didn’t disrupt the flight. They landed safely, and it doesn’t sound like they had to tape anyone down to their seat. No one was detained once the flight landed.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson from the FBI Atlanta said they were investigating the incident to see if federal charges would apply. That sounds scary, but Porsha’s lawyer insisted that this is standard practice anytime something pops off on a plane.
He explained, “As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred.”
Her lawyer went on to say that Porsha is cooperating with the investigation. She hasn’t been charged with any crimes, and we’re hopeful that her Delta Medallion status remains unaffected.
