The latest episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac featured a funny little crossover moment with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Gizelle Bryant and the rest of the Potomac crew were enjoying a day trip in Aspen, when out of nowhere Mauricio Umansky popped up out of nowhere.
Of course, Mauricio is an eligible bachelor. He spends a lot of time in Aspen and is known to dabble in some extracurricular activities there. With that in mind, a couple of the Potomac ladies wanted to go for a test ride. Gizelle wasn’t having it.
Gizelle called Mauricio “off-limits” during his Real Housewives of Potomac cameo
RHOP Season 10 Episode 15 felt like an episode of RHOBH, the way they were running around Aspen and dropping dollars at Kemo Sabe. While doing caviar bumps in the store’s VVIP area, Mauricio came strutting into the scene.
Mauricio said, “What are you all doing in my town?”
Immediately, you could see a couple of the ladies’ eyes light up, Gizelle included. However, the RHOP OG made it extremely clear: no one should flirt with this man, for Kyle Richards’s sake.
“Mauricio is married to — I think they’re still married — to Kyle Richards, who is a Beverly Hills Housewife,” Gizelle said in her confessional.
She continued, “Mauricio would definitely be somebody that I spent some quality time with … horizontal. It’s just the Beverly Hills, Kyle of it all.”
Although the romantic relationship between Kyle and Mauricio seems to be over, Gizelle said she didn’t want any “drama” between the franchises. Ashley Darby, however, didn’t share that same concern. She felt like enough time had passed, and with the help of Stacey Rusch, she was ready to make something happen.
“Are you going to be out tonight?” Stacey asked. “Where are you going to be?”
“No, Mauricio is off-limits to all of us,” Gizelle said, putting her foot down.
Now, you can say what you want about Ashley, but this woman is determined. When Mau went to leave, she and Stacey planned a perfectly-timed bathroom break. They tried to follow him out the door, but Gizelle was already one step ahead of them. She stopped them in their tracks before this crossover could go any further.
“Mauricio, we’re going to let you go, because these ladies right here are a hot mess,” Gizelle said, interrupting their conversation. “Keep your tongues in your mouth!”
