Former Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin sounded off about the Super Bowl halftime show. She criticized Latin superstar Bad Bunny and shocked the Bravoverse with her comments. While she is experiencing plenty of blowback for her remarks, a star from The Valley is also slamming Jill.
There is zero denying that Bad Bunny put on a stunning show, complete with elaborate sets, dancing, and heartwarming storytelling. However, Jill was salty because most of his set was in Spanish. The Grammy-winner even had Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin perform, plus had a stack of cameos.

Jill’s Instagram video, which has been taken down, was wild. “It’s 250 years that we’re celebrating in the United States, and I just don’t think it was appropriate to have it in Spanish,” Jill stated. “To me, it looked like it was a political statement because there were no white people in the entire thing. I think it was an ICE thing.”
Plus, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Taylor Armstrong also criticized the halftime performance, stating that she was “embarrassed” for the NFL organization. Well, Real Housewives of Dubai star Chanel Ayan wasted no time unfollowing Taylor and Jill.
Now, Janet Caperna of The Valley is sharing her thoughts via Instagram. “Tell me you’re racist without telling me you’re racist … YIKES!!!” she wrote. Plus, RHOBH star Bozoma Saint John also hopped in the comments.
“’I’m not taking a side.’ Yet very clearly taking a side. Please,” Boz wrote with an eye-roll emoji. “I, on the other hand, LOVED Benito Bowl… for its beauty, culture, history, and message!”
Meanwhile, Jill is part of the cast of the upcoming E! series, The Golden Life. It is too soon to tell if her rant will affect the series.
