Jill Zarin Makes Excuses After Being Fired From New E! Show After Bad Bunny Rant

After 15 years of desperately trying to get back on TV, Jill Zarin squandered it all in an instant with a racially-motivated tirade about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance. The Real Housewives of New York alum will not move forward on E!’s spinoff, The Golden Life.

Like clockwork, Jiil is now whining about the consequences of her words. She claims she didn’t get a fair chance. Suddenly, the world’s smallest violin has a new owner.

After watching Jill get dragged online by fans, multiple Housewives, and even Zarin Fabrics, E! released a statement on Tuesday, February 10, confirming that she had been fired from the upcoming RHONY spinoff, which also stars Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Bensimon, and Luann de Lesseps.

When the news broke, Jill picked up her phone and spoke with In Touch. Unsurprisingly, she’s not thrilled about getting booted from yet another reality show. She feels like the network acted too quickly.

“They didn’t even give me a chance,” Jill said. “I took it down right away. People make mistakes. I’m human.”

She’s right. People do make mistakes, but people should also learn from their mistakes. It’s time for Jill to do that.

In the meantime, another “source,” who we’re assuming is either Ally Shapiro or that dog that’s always sitting on Jill’s lap, told the outlet that RHONY fans are also feeling disappointed that Jill will no longer be on the show.

“Everyone on the Internet is up in arms because they love Jill and were finally getting her back,” the insider claimed. “E! made a snap decision without even taking into account that Jill took it down right away. Jill will be back — this won’t keep her down. People love her. That will never change.”

We’re not sure who they’re talking about, because at this point, Jill has tanked a lot of the excitement fans had about The Golden Life. People haven’t forgotten that RHONY’s original run ended with a racism scandal, and now its new era is picking up right where they left off.

The Real Housewives of New York is streaming on Peacock.
