Season 11 of Southern Charm has excelled in the drama department. And Shep Rose’s cast trip to Mexico was no exception. At dinner, Shep suggested a game. Each cast member would come up with a New Year’s resolution for one of their co-stars. It did not go well.
Craig Conover exploded at Venita Aspen. Of course, all she did was make a resolution that Austen Kroll should stand up for himself. Immediately, Craig took offense, even though he wasn’t mentioned. Meanwhile, at the other end of the table, Shep claimed that he was getting very flirty with a fellow Charmer.

According to The Daily Dish, on the Southern Charm After Show, Shep discussed a scene that wasn’t shown to viewers. “I was flirting with Charley [Manley] pretty hard. It was pretty funny because Craig was at the end of the table,” Shep stated. After all, Shep was already in Charley’s DMs, but received crickets in return.
He added, “You’ve had a month to so-called consummate, at least kiss or whatever. Craig, you’ve had your chance. Goodbye.” Plus, Shep asked that Whitney Sudler-Smith arrange for him to sit next to Charlie at dinner. The one problem with this scenario? Charlie was dating Craig.
In addition, Shep claimed that Craig “didn’t like it one bit.” Shep continued, “It’s, like, funny to see Craig be a little on his toes all of a sudden. I love flirting. I mean, I wasn’t gonna do anything about it,” he added. Plus, he insisted that Charley was being flirty with him.
However, Craig had a different take. “Shep had convinced himself that he had a shot with Charley,” Craig remarked. “And everyone’s like, ‘Dude, she’s with Craig.'”
Then Charley weighed in on her interaction with Shep. “Shep and I were, like, kiki-ing, like, on the end of the table. Like, we were just … staying out of [the drama],” she explained.
Southern Charm airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams the next day on Peacock.
