Troubled 90 Day Fiancé stars Eric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha are clapping back at a recent report that suggested their infant daughter died from a “non-accidental” cause.
Alisa, their five-week-old daughter, passed away in July 2025. As we previously reported, the Adams County Health and Human Services ruled the death was non-accidental. Their report suggested that physical abuse could have resulted in the death, but Eric and Leida claim there’s more to this story.
Eric Rosenbrook and Leida Margaretha reject the findings

After the news broke about the HHS department’s findings, Eric spoke to TMZ. The two are estranged following a 2025 domestic violence incident, but they’re putting on a unified front to deny any wrongdoing in Alisa’s death.
According to Eric, he and Leida have spent “months” going back and forth with HHS to dispute the autopsy. Supposedly, the department wasn’t interested in hearing what the parents had to say.
Meanwhile, the two have hired a private medical examiner to perform an additional autopsy. Supposedly, this new medical examiner believes that the original autopsy was poorly performed and that the findings weren’t accurate.
For example, Eric said that the original report identified a fractured rib. He suspects that this fracture occurred during CPR efforts on the five-week-old.
In another example, Eric said the report listed another fracture without sharing any additional context about the details or age of the injury. Alisa was born in a C-section, so Eric believes this second fracture occurred during childbirth.
Although no criminal charges have been filed in Alisa’s death, Eric believes that their independent medical examiner will be able to get the answers they’re looking for while exonerating them in the court of public opinion.
