Dr. Terry and Heather Dubrow just made a major purchase in the real estate world.
The couple, who moved to Los Angeles after selling their giant OC mega-mansion, bought another penthouse in the same building. Reportedly, The Real Housewives of Orange County couple plunked down $13.75 on the new acquisition.

Conveniently, the new penthouse is immediately below the Botched couple’s current residence. According to the New York Post, the unit “stands directly underneath another penthouse the couple bought for $14 million in October 2022.”
Should the Dubrows decide to combine the two apartments, “it would become the second largest penthouse inside the [building] at approximately 10,854 square feet.” Currently, “the biggest one there is [Tori Spelling’s mom] Candy Spelling’s full two-floor penthouse.”
The new purchase contains three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Covering a half-floor of the building, the unit offers nearly 360-degree skyline vistas. Filling the home with light, the windows stretch from floor to ceiling. Private terraces make views from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains even more spectacular.
The common areas feature an open kitchen, a massive dining room, fireplaces and space for a home office. Meanwhile, the master suite boasts a sitting area, as well as a spa-like bath retreat.
The Century building itself has amenities that include a resort-style pool, a spa, a wine cellar and a screening room. The building itself stands 42 stories and houses 140 units.
Representing the seller, an employee of Douglas Elliman told The Post, “High-profile buyers are consistently drawn to the Century for its rare combination of exclusivity, privacy, and convenience … With lower density than competing residential towers, residents enjoy fewer neighbors, less congestion, and a more peaceful, private living experience.
