It’s great to see Kyle Richards in her natural element. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills veteran star is a reality TV star. But she had tremendous success as a child actress, and continues her acting career to this day.
Kyle occasionally steps away from reality TV to take on different projects. Earlier this year, the RHOBH favorite starred as Celeste in several episodes of Netflix’s The Lincoln Lawyer. More recently, the producer will be showing off her acting chops on 9-1-1: Nashville.
Kyle Richards has another acting gig in the pipeline
Us Weekly announced Kyle’s new collaboration on the hit ABC series. She plays Aubrey, whose onscreen sister is murdered while on a 9-1-1 call. Certainly, the reality TV star is well-equipped to handle the sensitive subject of the episode, titled Love to Death.
According to the longline, the 9-1-1 call “turns into a murder investigation.” And it’s Kimberly Williams-Paisley’s job to follow the protocols to “solve it.”
“I think people forget [my acting career] because it gets overshadowed with Housewives, but I’m always doing things here and there,” Kyle told Parade last year. “I was really happy to come back to the Halloween franchise and do my other guest roles here and there, and I just did something else recently on another show coming out on Netflix.”
She alluded to walking away from RHOBH at some point. But Kyle will always be involved in acting. She stated, “I won’t always be doing reality television, but I hope to always be acting and producing television like I’ve been doing, and that’s what brings me the greatest joy.”
Catch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. 9-1-1: Nashville airs on ABC Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
