Hugely popular podcast host Joe Rogan has made headlines recently through his criticism of President Donald Trump, but he has also notably offered up words of praise for Vice President JD Vance. The UFC color commentator shared his opinion on Vance in a recent discussion, commending the politician’s oratory skills before describing him as “so good.”
Joe Rogan praises JD Vance on his podcast
In a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the host praised Vice President JD Vance following his criticism of Donald Trump.
Referring to a recent CBS interview with the Vice President, Rogan noted, “F***ing amazing. Oh my God, it’s a masterclass.”
“He’s so good,” the 58-year-old podcaster continued. “He’s great. Thank God for that guy. He’s so good at dismantling those dopey people…she was like, ‘This is a country built on immigrants.’ He’s like, ‘Yes, that doesn’t mean that 240 years later we have to have the dumbest immigration policy possible.'”
Joe Rogan’s praise for JD Vance comes just weeks after the two had a back-and-forth over the MAGA movement. Rogan criticized the concept in the March 26 episode of his podcast, stating, “That phrase sucks. Here’s the thing. First of all, America is great. Make America greater? I’m down. But ‘Make America Great Again,’ and then it becomes a movement of a bunch of f***ing dorks? A lot of them are these really weird, f***ing uninteresting, unintelligent people that have got something they cling to.”
In response, Vance laughed off Roagn’s criticisms when he made an appearance on The Benny Show last month. Commenting on Rogan’s “dorks” remark, the Vice President noted, “I think we have many, many fewer dorks than the far left, but everybody’s got some dorks. We love our dorks. We love our cool kids. We love anybody who wants to save the country.”
