By now, you’ve probably seen those rumors claiming that country singer LeAnn Rimes may have been approached about a spot on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Naturally, Brandi Glanville had some thoughts about that, and she just let it rip on X, formerly Twitter. Suddenly, it feels like 2010 again.
Could LeAnn Rimes join the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast?
If you were following pop culture drama back in the early 2010s, then you know just how complicated the relationship was between Brandi and LeAnn. The country star met Brandi’s then-husband, Eddie Cibrian, on the set of a Lifetime movie. They started having an affair, and the rest is history. You literally couldn’t go a day without seeing headlines about the messy feud that spiraled between Brandi, her ex-husband, and his new wife.
Fast forward to today, and they’re finally on good terms — for the most part. They’ve learned to co-parent, but when DeuxMoi started spreading a rumor that LeAnn could be in the running for a diamond on RHOBH, Brandi had no choice but to respond.
Brandi wrote, “I hope it’s true about RHOBH I mean she got everything else of mine- husband, kids, boobs, bronco, random illnesses she might as well just be a housewife and finish it off once and for all?”
That is some serious shade, but we expect nothing less from Brandi. Fortunately for her, it sounds like those reports about LeAnn joining RHOBH aren’t true. LeAnn commented on the rumors and said she’s too busy starring in 9-1-1: Nashville to be bothered with Bravo.
“No, no… no Housewives for me,” LeAnn wrote on Instagram, in a post shared by Ringer Reality TV.
She continued, “Playing Dixie on 9-1-1: Nashville is drama enough for me.” We love a good plug.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c, and you can stream it the next day on Peacock.
