Fresh details have surfaced about the ongoing attention surrounding Mike Vrabel and sports reporter Dianna Russini. A new report claims the pair spent time together on a private boat trip years before recent public sightings sparked widespread discussion online and across NFL circles.
Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini allegedly rented boat together, claims report
According to TMZ Sports, Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini allegedly rented a private boat together in Tennessee in June 2021. The outing reportedly happened while Vrabel was serving as head coach of the Tennessee Titans. Sources told TMZ Sports the two were the only passengers during the two-to-three-hour rental period in Putnam County.
The report also stated that both signed waivers before boarding the boat. TMZ Sports published images of the documents that appeared to include their signatures. Staff members reportedly noticed the pair avoided drawing attention. Russini allegedly declined photos with employees, while Vrabel agreed to one only if it was not publicly shared.
At the time of the alleged outing, Russini was reportedly pregnant with her first child. She married Kevin Goldschmidt in 2020 and later posted a beach photo that appeared to be with him on Instagram shortly after the reported boat trip. As for Vrabel, he has been married to his wife, Jen, since 1999, and the couple shares two children.
Public attention around Vrabel and Russini increased earlier this year after photos surfaced showing them together at an Arizona hotel in March 2026. Additional images from a casino outing in 2024 and older New York City bar photos from 2020 later circulated online.
Vrabel later addressed the situation during the NFL draft period, saying, “I take accountability for my actions.” He added, “My priorities are my family and this football team.” NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy shared that Vrabel would not face league discipline because he had not violated the NFL’s personal conduct policy (via People).
