Following the dramatic leaked audio from the Summer House Season 10 reunion, Andy Cohen says changes will be made.
“[Protocol] is not not going to change,” the Bravo executive producer said on May 7, confusing some with his us of the double negative. Some fans have speculated that Bravo would tighten security after the audio leak. Perhaps they would ban phones from the set, but they can’t exactly make it Fort Knox.
But the Watch What Happens Live host indicated that Bravo was looking into the issue. “Certainly when something like this happens, you look around a little bit,” he said.
The Bravo boss hinted protocol would “change”

Pointing out that the leak was “the first … in hundreds of reunions,” he told Page Six, adding that it’s something Bravo is “always mindful” of.
Last month an audio clip popped up on social media of Ciara Miller going toe-to-toe with Amanda Batula over her relationship with Ciara’s ex, West Wilson. In the clip, Ciara called her former BFF a “f*cking snake.”
“There are a million other f*king guys in New York City,” Ciara angrily told Amanda. “And … you chose the one guy.” West and Ciara had only recently recovered their friendship after their messy breakup two years ago.
Though some questioned the timeline of the relationship amid Amanda’s split with Kyle Cooke, Andy declined to speculate. He promised his thoughts would “become pretty clear at the reunion.”
Initially, when the audio clip leaked onto social media in April, Andy called it a “disgusting” breach of privacy. But shortly afterwards, Bravo discovered the source of the leak and released a statement.
“The audio was an unauthorized recording and distributed by an individual involved in … production,” the statement read. “Appropriate action has been taken.” No cast members were suspected of being involved.
Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock the next day.
