Natalie Portman is in Paris, and she is giving followers a rare look into her life there as she awaits the birth of her third child. The 44-year-old star posted a carousel of photos to Instagram on Thursday with the caption “Paris lately,” and offered a personal tour through the city she has called home for a decade. It opened with Portman’s selfie that she took in front of the River Seine.

In her carousel, Natalie Portman shared snapshots of famous artworks, floral bouquets, wildlife, and a few sweet shots of her dog.
Portman first moved to the French capital in 2014 with her then-husband, choreographer Benjamin Millepied, after he began working with the Paris Opera Ballet. The marriage ended in divorce in March 2024. Since then, Portman has moved on with French musician Tanguy Destable, revealing last month that the couple is expecting their first child together.
Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar in April, Portman said, “Tanguy and I are very excited,” and added, “I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle.”
The Oscar winner is already mom to 14-year-old son Aleph and 9-year-old daughter Amalia from her previous marriage. She candidly said, “I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant,” adding, “It’s such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it’s also not an easy thing.”
Meanwhile, Destable shares two sons — Étienne, born in 2016, and Vadim, born in 2020 — with his ex, French actress Louise Bourgoin. Portman’s new film, The Gallerist, will be released soon, and she has reportedly lined up her next acting project. The Oscar-winner is tapped to star alongside Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey for a new thriller movie that will revolve around the world of professional cycling.
