Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, who has previously faced scrutiny for her social media posts, uploaded a vlog about her last day of high school, where the teenager admitted to feeling emotional about moving on. Kai can also be seen crying in the video. She called the parting with her friends and classmates “sad” and described how they were soon moving on to different places.
Kai Trump breaks down as she talks about leaving high school
Kai Trump, the 18-year-old granddaughter of President Donald Trump, uploaded a vlog on YouTube about her last day in High School. In the vlog, the young woman spoke about being emotional at leaving the place where she had been for the last four years. She also lamented the fact that most of her friends and classmates were going away to different places.
“This is literally our last week of high school ever. This is our last Sunday,” Kai said on the video, “I’ve had a great time in high school. I’ve met a great group of people.”
“Now it’s on to the next chapter,” the 18-year-old continued in the video while lying beside one of her friends, “And it’s scary, but it’s exciting. But it’s sad. It’s like all the emotions in one.” Kai added while visibly choking, “It doesn’t feel real at all.”
This vlog from Kai comes shortly after her much-debated five-year plan that she revealed during the ongoing Iran war. This had led to intense criticism. In April, Kai had said, “In five years, hopefully I’ll be graduating from college, then, and I can really see myself hopefully being on the LPGA tour playing professional golf. But also maintaining my socials and create my own brand, as well.” She had further hinted at a new project, saying, “I’m working on something now. Can’t really say a whole lot, but there are going to be big things in the future.”
These proclamations had received intense criticism from netizens. They called her out for being “out of touch” with the ground reality.
