The Valley Season 3 Episode 7 Preview: Janet Caperna Worries About Nia Sanchez Reconciliation

It’s no secret that Nia Sanchez Booko and Janet Caperna of The Valley are on the outs. After everything that happened, it’s almost inconceivable that they could ever be friends again. Somehow, though, it’s become a faint possibility, and now Janet is sharing her reservations about their potential reconciliation.

Lala Kent has brought the conversation back to Danny Booko

Nia isn’t the only one Janet is saying sorry to. She also apologized to Jasmine Goode in her apology tour, and it was pretty awkward. After their argument last season, Jasmine thought their friendship was done. She even had a “funeral” for it in her mind.

But even more mind-boggling is that somehow Lala Kent has convinced Nia to maybe give Janet a chance. But it was weird and awkward, and maybe it just wasn’t meant to be. In either case, Janet decided to talk to Lala and Michelle Saniei about her reservations.

In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode, Janet, Lala, and Michelle are sitting around talking with undereye masks on. Janet shared her concerns about a potential reconciliation with Nia and her husband, Danny Booko.

“This is tough, honestly, even hearing and seeing again,” Janet said. “Because I feel like they would rather remove people from their lives who say things. And I would like to say something to her, but this is a lot.”

Janet said that if it felt like the right time, she would say something to her, but it hasn’t felt like the right time. But Lala told her that Nia be “a little bit softer and open to it.” Not quite sure what makes her think that, as it mainly appears that Nia and Danny want nothing to do with Janet. But maybe Lala knows something we don’t.

“I don’t think I’m ever going to have a real honest conversation with Nia about what happened last year,” Janet said in her confessional. “It’s very clear that even though this thing with Danny probably really hurt her, she’s also very defensive of him. And to be honest, all I want is to just get this apology off of my chest.”

She doesn’t think they’ll be besties (neither do we!), but she wants NIa to know she’s empathetic to her situation. We’ll see what happens!

The Valley airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. Episodes stream next day on Peacock.
