It looks like Lisa Hochstein won’t be going to prison after all. The Real Housewives of Miami star and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, have both reached deals with prosecutors in their eavesdropping cases. According to sources close to the case, they might end up totally off the hook when it’s all said and done.
Attorneys for the pair expect all charges to now be dismissed

Lisa and Jody were both charged with interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications after allegedly planting a listening device in Lenny Hochstein’s car. Supposedly, it happened when he and Lisa were in the middle of their messy divorce. If convicted, some legal experts predicted that Lisa could have faced up to five years in prison.
Page Six now reports a major development: the pair has “reached an agreement with prosecutors.” Their attorneys told the outlet that they expect to see “all charges” against the exes “dismissed [in] mid-June without any admission of guilt of conviction.”
Court documents reviewed by the outlet confirm that the two have accepted a pretrial diversion program. It’s an alternative to prosecution that Florida offers to “offenders with non-violent priors.” To complete the program, Jody and Lisa must “make significant changes in their lives so they can avoid further involvement with the criminal justice system.”
If they complete all of the program’s conditions and stay out of jail during the defined period of time, the State Attorney’s office will drop all of the charges. That means Lisa and Jody just need to stay far away from listening devices and out of jail. From there, they should be in the clear.
The Real Housewives of Miami is streaming on Peacock.
