Comedian reveals Prince Harry was almost set up with a Kardashian
Comedian Katherine Ryan recently revealed that Prince Harry was nearly set up with Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian before he started dating Meghan Markle.
Speaking to Hello Magazine, Ryan shared that she tried to get the two to meet at a party at comedian Jimmy Carr’s home in London in 2016. According to Ryan, Harry was actively looking for a partner at the time. Ryan stated that Princess Beatrice was also a guest at that party at that time.
She told the outlet, “I walked in and saw Kourtney Kardashian with Princess Beatrice. I went straight over to her because I knew who she was. I’m so invested in the Kardashians and their reality show.” Ryan disclosed she urged Kardashian to leave her then-partner Scott Disick and asserted, “I said, ‘You need to leave Scott.’ And she said, ‘How can I? He’s in my house right now.’ I told her, ‘Don’t go back to the house. You need to leave him.'”
After Kourtney asked Ryan for suggestions on who she should consider dating, the comedian replied, “Prince Harry, maybe?” She conveyed, “She was right there in the UK. It seemed obvious.” However, it seems Ryan didn’t follow through on her idea of playing matchmaker between Kardashian and Harry, as both are in successful relationships.
While Harry met Markle and tied the knot in 2018, the 47-year-old Kardashian got married to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in 2022. Harry and Meghan Markle recently celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary.
