The Big Apple is getting a new housewife. A source reveals that Devyn Simone will join the Season 16 cast of The Real Housewives of New York City. Devyn is no stranger to the reality TV world, having appeared on her share of programs and briefly featured on Season 13 of RHONY.
From her early days on reality TV Devyn has discussed her dream of breaking into the entertainment industry. Over the years, she’s built up her share of connections in the television world and made a name for herself on numerous reality shows.
The Real World and Challenge alum is the latest addition to Bravo’s RHONY reboot
Get ready to see more of Devyn on RHONY next season. A source close to the show told Deadline that she would be the newest member of the cast in Season 16.
She will join returning cast members Erin Lichy, Sai de Silva, and Jessel Taank. Devyn isn’t the only new face RHONY fans will see on their screens in Season 16. Hailey Glassman, Erika Hammond, and Daisy Toye are the other new members already on board. Meanwhile, former cast member Carole Radziwill will return as a friend this season.
Devyn made her reality TV debut in 2009 on The Real World: Brooklyn. She’s also competed on a couple of different versions of The Challenge.
At the same time, she got a big break in the entertainment world by sharing hot takes in pop culture on The Wendy Williams Show. She’s also served as a dating expert on The Sherri Shepherd Show, Today, and Good Morning America, to name just a few.
The controversy surrounding Season 13 of RHONY led to the show going on a temporary hiatus. It eventually got a reboot with Season 14 premiering in July 2023.
One of the other new cast members for next season is already generating some controversy. Online in March, influencer Claudia Oshry accused Hailey of body-shaming her for years. No word on when the new season of RHONY will premiere.
