The shooting reportedly occurred in March, when prosecutors alleged that several bullets struck the Beverly Hills property while Rocky, Rihanna, and their family were inside. According to TMZ, Ivanna Lisette Ortiz was later charged with attempted murder and multiple felony gun offenses in connection with the incident. Ortiz has reportedly denied the allegations, stating in court that she “wasn’t attempting murder.”
Looking back on the ordeal, Rocky did not hide how deeply it affected him. Speaking candidly to VIBE, he described the situation as “f***** up” and said someone had allegedly attempted to harm him and his family.
“It took away a lot of peace and happiness of being able to just be free,” Rocky said. “I don’t want to be robbed of my peace and joy.”
