Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s plan to have a wedding at Madison Square Garden might be a decoy. This comes after multiple sources previously claimed that the singer and the NFL star might tie the knot at the location. Many reports about the couple’s much-anticipated wedding have been circulating; however, the main plot still seems shrouded in secrecy.
Taylor Swift’s friends think MSG wedding reports are a ‘decoy’, sources suggest
According to a recent report by Rob Shuter, Taylor Swift’s friends believe that rumors of her wedding with Travis Kelce being held at Madison Square Garden are not true. They suggest that the plan is a decoy and that the actual location is still unknown to them.
An insider said the plan to get married at the MSG “doesn’t sound like Taylor” and is something the Kardashians would do. Another insider suggested, “A wedding at Madison Square Garden feels like a production. Not a wedding.” A source claimed that Swift might be using MSG as a distraction, and the real location has not been revealed. They stated, “Most people I know think it’s a decoy. The theory is guests will be told to meet at MSG, then they’re put on buses and taken somewhere else.”
Shuter noted that a source conveyed that the singer is known to reference her personal life in her work, but something as important as her wedding holds a “different” place in her life. A source close to the couple’s friends claimed that Swift might be hiding something. Another joked that tickets would be available for the wedding if it takes place at MSG.
This follows after Page Six reported about Swift and Kelce’s secret plan to get married at the MSG. A source close to the couple told the outlet that every guest will allegedly be escorted into the renowned location on blacked-out buses.
